Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2 pm, but do call as earlier may be possible.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 7.30 pm.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Maldon’s Eaglehawk Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Are you PET friendly?
A: No! We have bad experiences with pets and their owners and unfortunately we have to say no to all pets, even those left in cars overnight.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, but we do serve breakfast to the rooms. Alternatively, their are fine options in the main street.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: No, most guests have their own internet access, but a " 4G dongle" is available if the internet is needed.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area; and we have a swimming pool.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 1 minute by car or a nice 10 minute walk to our historic main street.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: 1 minute or 10 minute walk drive to cafes and hotels.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Bookings may be cancelled free of penalty but no later than 5 days in advance. If a booking is cancelled within that 5 day period then a fee of 30% of the total cost for that booking is appplied. A same day cancellation attracts the application of a fee of 100% of the total cost for the booking.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
